Jan 2025 - Aug 2025 I managed live broadcasts on YouTube and the Duraseksa LMS, troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring high-quality audio and video. I was responsible for sharing necessary learning resources with students and tracking attendance and engagement for daily reports. Additionally, I assisted in promoting events to improve enrollment and participation, and I collected student feedback to suggest program improvements.

Jul 2023 - Sep 2024 I managed camera installation projects (Wi-Fi, analog, IP, and solar) and conducted on-site assessments with clients. My role also included traveling to other provinces for installations, attending dealer events to stay current on products from brands like Hikvision and Dahua, and installing and training users on security systems such as fingerprint and facial recognition scanners for attendance.

Jan 2023 - Jul 2023 I provided IT support to staff and the leadership team, collaborated with the IT administration team, and managed all software installation and hardware maintenance company-wide, including in the warehouse. My responsibilities also included maintaining the company's network and security cameras. I also created promotional posters for company events and occasionally served as a receptionist.
Technician - Internship
IT Global Computer (2022 - 2022)
Jul 2022 - Nov 2022 I diagnosed and resolved hardware and software issues for clients both on-site and remotely. My responsibilities included installing software, cleaning or replacing hardware components (like RAM, SSDs, and keyboards), and assembling and configuring new systems such as desktops, routers, and Wi-Fi cameras.
