Over the years, the Khmer Coders Community (KCC) has grown from a small gathering of passionate developers into a vibrant national movement that connects innovators, students, professionals, and entrepreneurs across Cambodia.
From KCC Gathering v1 in Siem Reap to v5 in Phnom Penh, and now heading toward v6 + AI Seminar, our journey has always centered on one belief — that talent and technology are the true keys to attracting investment, fostering innovation, and advancing digital education in our nation.

In the past five years, we’ve seen an incredible increase in the number of students pursuing IT and digital-related majors. Yet, to truly unlock Cambodia’s potential, we need not only more developers but also more tech founders and entrepreneurs — those who will create new products, startups, and opportunities that drive our economic growth and global competitiveness.
That’s why through every KCC Gathering, we continue to encourage tech startups, young innovators, and project showcases — small steps that inspire others to dream bigger and act bolder.
None of this would have been possible without the collective effort of so many. My heartfelt thanks go to all our founder: Mr. In Visal, co-founders, volunteers, partners, sponsors, and participants who have stood with us and believed in this mission. Your contribution to this community is not just support — it’s a true social impact and act of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) for the future of Cambodia.

Register Now for our upcoming event: https://luma.com/0e8kmt9v?tk=O7UtRa I’m more than happy and proud to keep contributing and to witness how Khmer talents continue to rise in the tech ecosystem. Together for Cambodia. Cambodia for all Khmers. 🇰🇭✨
